The process of connecting metallic bodies of all the electrical equipments to huge mass of earth by a conductor having negligible resistance is known as Earthing.

    What Is Earthing

    Copper bonded Earthing Electrode

  • The copper bonded Earthing electrode conforms to general standards of MS of grade SAE 1010.
  • The copper bonded Earthing electrode has a core made of High Tensile Low Carbon Steel.
  • The copper bonding of 99% pure electrolytic copper is bonded to the steel core.
  • The radial thickness of the copper bonding is not less than 250microns.
  • Electrode chamfered at the bottom. The top portion is brazed with a copper bonded connection clamp of size 50mm X 6mm X150mm to facilitate external connections The connection clamp is provided with M10x50 – Bolts.

    Ground Enhancing Material – LoRez


    LoRez is an advanced back fill conductivier, non corrosive compound which lowers the resistance of the earth by over 60%. If provided with sufficient water it swells up to 15-18 times its dry volume and will adhere nearly to any surface it touches.

  • This will increase the conductivity of the soil immediately surrounding the electrode.
  • Due to its hygroscopic nature, it draws any available moisture from the surrounding environment.
  • Produce low impedance to surges resulting in faster transient dissipation.
  • Has prolonged shelf life Performs in all soil conditions even during dry weather.
  • Does not depend on continuous presence of water & hence no maintenance is required.
  • Does not leach the chemicals in to ground and hence does not affect the soil or ground water.
  • Available in 15/25 kg bags.
  • Resistivity of ‘LoRez’ is less than 0.1Ω-mtr.
